AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:
--  To inculcate in students the spirit of healthy competition
--  To prepare students for all practical ends
-- To prepare the students for future challenges in the global context
-- To make students aware of all current issue in their respective fields

Plan for Holding Functions of the Societies (methodology):
The society has practice sessions that will be held once in two weeks with assistance of teachers. A topic can be decided with the consent of the society Members and than after 2 weeks it will put into discussion. The scope of discussion will constitute of following areas:
-- Current scenario of respective field (banking, finance, insurance and risk management)
-- What difficulties faced by students after passing out of HCBF.
-- How to make studies interesting.
--Helping the management of college for bringing modification in educational and teaching methodology.


 Membership will be open for all the students of the college for a nominal membership fee that would be used to run basic affairs of the society.

The meeting of Central Organizing Committee will be held once a quarter to evaluate activities of the societies.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF SOCIETY:
  • Staff
    • President (head of all disciplines)
    • Secretary
  • Student cabinet
    • Head of banking discipline
    • Head of finance discipline
    • Head of risk management discipline
    • Head of insurance discipline
--- Office bearer:
o    Students (who will be selected by their skill, competency and their willingness to work like a team by conducting an interview)
o    Number of students should be four and will assist head of every society member as assistant.
  
THE CENTRAL ORGANIZING COMMITTEE:
1.    The central organizing committee will include the president, secretary and heads of every discipline.
2.    At least three meetings in a year would be called to review the work of societies and suggest ways and means for the betterment of the business. Emergency meeting can be called any time if necessary.
3.      The president would act as a Chairman of the Committee.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF CABINET MEMBERS:
1.        There shall be a cabinet for each discipline headed by the President and secretary would chalk out the program of their society in advance with mutual consultation of staff and assistants.
2.        Recommending the nominees for various portfolios for the cabinet is the responsibility of the heads.
3.        The whole Cabinet would work collectively as a single body for a society.
4.        The Cabinet Members would perform their duties mentioned in the “Charter”
5.        The cabinet members would perform their duties for Academic year or till the appointment of a new cabinet. New cabinet member will be appointed every year.
6.        One staff member can be a part of one society at a time.
7.        Any member of the cabinet can be removed any time for misbehavior, using un-parliamentary language, violating the rules and Charter.
8.        The President of a society would be responsible to look after the business of his/her society. He/She will be responsible to his/her Organizer, chalk out the activities and follow the activities of a Calendar.
9.        The secretary will act as President in the absence of President.
10.     The selected office bearer would keep a proper record of all activities, attendance of the cabinet and general members, minutes of the meetings and keep vigilance on the activities etc and will communicate with the editorial board for any kind of publishing of activities of society. he must have a list and contact number of invitees, faculty members, Administrative Heads and key persons in Public and private sector.
11.        All of the selected office bearers will be responsible for the financial matters of society. He would also be responsible for quarterly issue of his/her society with the collaboration of cabinet members and organizers. He/ she will also handle advance press release of any activity of society and would be responsible for designing, printing and distribution of invitation.
